Return & Refund Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Master Series Books.

Eligibility For Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.  Exchanges not accepted.
• Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in the original packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and return label.

How To Start a Return:

Email support@masterseriesbooks.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and mailing instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days after receiving your return.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Digital or downloadable items (PDFs, e-books, courses)
• Personalized or autographed books
• Bundles that have been partially opened

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement.
